Returns & Exchanges

At SPELL, we want you to love your bohemian treasures, so if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns on all full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by the portal to ensure fast processing.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
